The cosmophone of the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie in Paris has been opened to the public in September 2000, after its presentation in a museologic seminar. Until 2008 it was exposed as « Théâtre des muons et autres particules cosmiques » (Theater of muons and other cosmic particles).
April 2008: Upgrade of the cosmophone in the new department « Grand Récit de l’Univers » (big story of the Universe).
